These terms govern the use of the HOMELARA website and the booking of HOMELARA LTD cleaning services. They are a working draft and will be finalised by HOMELARA LTD.
Booking requests
Submitting a booking through this website is a request, not a confirmed appointment. Every request is reviewed personally, and your booking is confirmed only when HOMELARA confirms it with you directly, together with a tailored quote.
Pricing & payment
Prices are quoted individually based on the service, property and any extras you select. Online payment will be introduced once our pricing structure is finalised; until then, payment terms are agreed with you when your booking is confirmed.
The service
We agree the scope of each clean with you in advance. What's included in each service is described on the relevant service page. Optional extras can be added at booking or by arrangement.
Access & equipment
For all services - Home, Deep, Property and Business Cleaning - we ask that the property provides a vacuum cleaner, mop and bucket. HOMELARA provides all professional cleaning products and everything else needed for the agreed service, unless something different is specifically agreed in advance.
